Important Update: New Agent/Solicitor Agreements from Assurity

We have updated and enhanced certain parts of our solicitor agreement, and we are pleased to share it with you. Some of these changes were requested by our agents, others are intended to clarify certain provisions or to add essential concepts such as information regarding security and confidentiality.

On June 14th, Assurity’s contracting kits will contain the updated Assurity Agreements. We will continue to accept the old until July 15th. At that time, we will require the updated agreements to be signed and executed for any new agreement with Assurity. Please note that while the attached Agreement has signature lines, you are not required to sign and return it. 

We are excited for these changes and hope to make this transition as smooth as possible. If you have downline agents, you are responsible for informing them of these changes.
