Increase to Premium Deposit Account

Effective July 1, the premium deposit fund (PDF) increased to 3.75%.

The PDF can help pre-fund a life insurance policy while avoiding Modified Endowment Contract (MEC) status. The PDF holds a lump sum premium and will pay premiums into an index universal life insurance policy with earned interest.
