Ultimate One Index Series Surrender Charge Changes

Effective October 16, 2023, Surrender Charges for Ultimate One Index 9 and 9 Bonus will be increasing in the following states: AR, AZ, CO, DC, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NE, NM, RI, TN, VT, WI, WV, and WY. Please check the Disclosure for your state to review the new Surrender Charge Schedules.

Annuity packets with updated Disclosures are available for download through the Agent Portal and are required for applications signed on or after October 30, 2023. Avoid new business and commission delays by ensuring the most current forms, including the updated disclosure document, are used. Please discard any older versions you may have. 

Ultimate One Index 9 and 9 Bonus Now Available in MN
