Notice for Arkansas Agents

Arkansas Legislature has enacted amendments regarding the definition of ‘rebates’ and the law concerning token gifts in the business of insurance. Please refer to Arkansas House Bill 1640 for more information.

Effective June 25, 2023, the minimum threshold value of token gifts will be modified to $100 in the business of insurance. See Arkansas House Bill 1525 CH 337 for more information.
