New Client Portal Now Available

We’re excited to announce your clients can now access their policy information online with our new Customer Portal. Customers can easily access the Americo Customer Portal any time from Americo.com through the Customer Portal button on the home page.  

The Americo Customer Portal will provide easy, online access to policy information: 

  • Current Policy Status
  • Policy Values
  • Payment Activity
  • Full Policy Contract
  • Annual Statements
  • Copies of Mailed Correspondence 

Policyholders can also access customer service forms to make changes to a policy, such as updating a beneficiary, banking information, or address. Additional service functionality to follow. 

Policyholders will need to register to access the Customer Portal. They will need to have their Policy Number or last payment amount available to complete the registration process.
