Temporary Suspension for Tennessee and Hawaii Customers

In response to challenges created for Tennessee residents by recent tornadoes, a temporary suspension is in effect on lapses, terminations, cancellations, and other time-sensitive provisions and requirements of the insurance policies and annuity contracts for insured customers residing throughout the entire state of Tennessee. 

Please note that a temporary suspension on lapses, terminations, cancellations, and other time-sensitive provisions and requirements of the insurance policies and annuity contracts for AGL and US Life customers residing in Hawaii has been extended, and now runs through March 5, 2024.
