We are pleased to share our updated Idaho framework of support and relaunch strategy below. Effective April 29, 2024, we will be launching a streamlined product offering of Fixed and Index annuities in the state of Idaho as listed below.

Immediate Annuities (SPIA & DIA) will continue to remain available in the state of Idaho alongside the revised offering of Fixed and Index deferred annuity products listed above.
New Idaho Specific Disclosure Form
To meet the state’s specific disclosure requirements, in addition to the Owner’s Acknowledgement & Disclosure form, a new Idaho-specific Disclosure form was created and will be required to be signed by the client and agent and returned with any Fixed and/or Index annuity application. The new form will be provided in all sales kits ordered in the state. We have included a sample Idaho Disclosure form for your reference.
