Now reflecting our Corebridge brand, our new agreement also includes improvements to the indemnity clause and trademark licensing. 

Effective immediately, the new Annuity BGA-IMO Agency Agreement is available for use for both American General Life Insurance Company (AGL) and The United States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York (US Life). Please see additional details and transition rules below.
