Upcoming Suitability Changes

Suitability is key to successful sales 

We are dedicated to excellence in customer service, and that extends to the suitability process for a successful sales transaction.

To help with documenting your client’s financial needs and objectives, in early December, we will be introducing a revised suitability acknowledgement form that must be completed with every application submitted. This applies to sales in every state except for Florida, which provide their own forms.

Our goal is to expedite the overall sales process by enhancing suitability documentation and reducing the need to contact the agent or customer for additional information.
