To help with documenting your customer’s financial needs and objectives, we require that a suitability acknowledgement form be completed with every application submitted.
The Suitability Acknowledgement form has been revised for sales in most states. We revised the form with these goals in mind: to expedite the overall sales process by enhancing documentation and to reduce the need to contact you or the customer for additional information.
In addition to the form updates, in states that have adopted the NAIC’s revised Suitability in Annuity Transaction Model Regulation, there are additional disclosure and documentation requirements.
