Useful Resources that Help Make it Easier to Do Business with Athene!

Post-issue client servicing options: 

Online tools are available on the electronic servicing page of Athene Connect to help manage your in-force business. These tools help eliminate paper, speed up processing times and reduce NIGOs (Not in Good Order). Here are just a few of the transactions you can do on behalf of your clients:

  • EFT/Direct Deposit Changes,
  • One-time and Recurring Withdrawals,
  • Surrenders
  • Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and
  • Other Non-financial Transactions.

Back-office reports:

Three reports are available for back-office users or those with a downline. These reports can be found in “Downline Reports” under the “My Business” tab on Athene Connect. Where available, Downline Reports provide an aggregated view of the following:

  • Appointments 
  • Hierarchy
  • Training
