Reminder: Changes to Our Accelerated Underwriting Process

Important information regarding your accelerated underwriting cases

We are committed to making it easier and faster to do business with us via Protective® Velocity while continuously assessing opportunities to gain efficiencies.

As part of this initiative, Protective is implementing changes to accelerated underwriting cases that are now in effect. With these changes, we aim to reduce cycle time, and ultimately, help increase placement rates.

As a result of these changes, cases will be closed and marked as “Incomplete” if the requirements are not received within the established timeframes. Visit our website for a summary of the changes.
