Due to regulatory requirements in California, beginning January 1, you will need to use a state specific version of the Customer Identification and Suitability Confirmation Worksheet for all annuity products sold in California.

Important processing dates 

Applications without the California specific version of the form received after 3 p.m. CT on December 31, 2024, will be considered “not in good order.” Be sure to use up-to-date materials when offering Athene annuities
