Florida Product Comparison Worksheet Update Effective 01/01/2025

Due to regulatory requirements in Florida, beginning January 1, you will need to use Florida specific versions of Athene’s Product Comparison Worksheets (PCWs) for the following annuity product type(s): 

• Single Premium Immediate Annuity (SPIA) 
• Multi-Year Guarantee Annuity (MYGA) 
• Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) 

Important processing dates 

Applications without the Florida specific version of the PCW received after 3 p.m. CT on December 31, 2024, will be considered “not in good order.” Be sure to use up-to-date materials when offering Athene annuities.
