Transition Rules
Guaranteed ADvantage Accidental Death insurance applications in New Mexico must be signed by the customer and received in the home office by December 20, 2024. Any applications signed or received after December 20, 2024 (regardless of date received) will not be accepted.  We will not make any exceptions to these dates.

• The E-Applications for Guaranteed ADvantage in New Mexico will be turned off on Friday, November 22nd.
• Paper applications for Guaranteed ADvantage must be signed on or before December 13 and received in the home office by December 20.
• New Mexico Guaranteed ADvantage applications must be approved and placed on or before December 31.

Applications
Guaranteed ADvantage applications for the state of New Mexico will not be available on Forms and Materials or the e-App after Friday, December 13, 2024.
