Discontinuation of Phone Interviews by Apptical

We have received notification from Apptical that effective October 4th, 2024, they will no longer provide phone interview services, as they are exiting this space.

The product impacted by this change is Living Promise® Whole Life.

To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage all agents to utilize the e-application process moving forward. This will help maintain efficiency and continue providing excellent service to our clients. Please remember all applications completed with the use of Apptical, regardless of decision, must be submitted to the home office.
