PS4470 – Increasing 4D Issue and Participation Limits for General Dentists
Effective Sept. 9, 2024, we are increasing the Maximum Issue Limit to $15k and the Maximum Participation Limit with Other Individual DI to $20k for the 4D occupation class on DInamic Cornerstone Income Protection^® policies.

PS4474 – DInamic Cornerstone Income Protection^® Approved in ND, SC, SD and WY
Effective Sept. 9, 2024, the DInamic Cornerstone Income Protection^® product (4601NC and 4602GR) is available for sale in North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota and Wyoming. This notice outlines the state variations, transition and replacement guidelines for the product launch in those states.
