Annuity Suitability & Disclosure Forms Update

We have updated Annuity Suitability and Producer Disclosures that are scheduled to go live on Sept. 18. This change is due to updated suitability requirements in OR, effective Aug. 12, and also includes adjustments requested by CA for January 1, 2025. As a reminder, processing is determined by the date of signing. Applications signed on or after Sept. 18 will need to utilize the new versions of these forms. However, any applications signed prior to Sept. 18 will continue to use the current version. We want to ensure that everyone is well-informed and prepared for these changes.

Please note: There will be a grace period until September 30th to accept the current versions of these forms via paper submission. All online electronic application platforms will automatically generate the correct form for your convenience.
