Online Part 2 of SecureCare III Application Effective 08/26/2024
An enhanced application process for SecureCare™ III, a long-term care (LTC) and nonparticipating whole life insurance policy, is coming soon!
Effective August 26, when you use eApp with SecureCare III, clients will be able to complete the underwriting questionnaire (part 2 of the application) online and on their own time. No more waiting to schedule a lengthy tele-interview — the application now has the potential to be completed, signed and submitted within one day.1
Here’s what you can expect from this enhanced process:

Please note
- Client must have valid email address and cell phone number to be eligible to complete part 2 of the application online.
- This is available for new applications only. SecureCare III applications submitted via eApp before August 26 will not be eligible to complete part 2 of the application online.
1. The cognitive assessment, if required, will still be completed by phone. The client will be contacted to schedule their cognitive assessment once the application has been received by underwriting in good order.
