Updated Contact Center Hours Effective 07/29/2024

Effective July 29, 2024 we are changing the hours of operation for the following teams to Mon – Fri 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT.  This adjustment is being made to align more of our teammates to the hours most of our customers contact us. 

  • Protection Inforce
  • Claims Operations
  • Licensing and Contracting
  • Commissions

Customers can also self-service their account on myaccount.protective.com. 

If you need assistance after hours, we have established a temporary email account to send your questions to during the 4-6 week transition: Protectionafterhours@protective.com. We will respond to your email within the next business day.
