Push for Paid Initiative
In June, North American launched a new push for paid initiative which provides New Business, Policy Change, and Underwriting teams a dedicated time each month to focus solely on processing your cases.
Moving forward, these teams will be unavailable the third full week of each month during the following timeframes:
- July 15-19, 7:30-9:30 am
- August 19-23, 7:30-9:30 am
- September 16-20, 7:30-9:30 am
- October 21-25, 7:30-9:30 am
- November 18-22, 7:30-9:30 am
- December 16-20, 7:30-9:30 am
We will reevaluate at the end of the year to determine if the initiative will continue beyond 2024. Be sure to review your policies that have been sent and complete the outstanding requirements.
