Effective January 16, 2024, we are updating our fixed index annuity product suite with several compelling new features and options. These enhancements reflect Global Atlantic’s ongoing commitment to offering competitive products with meaningful benefits at reasonable costs.

Availability applies to new business only. Not all products, features and materials are available at all firms or in all states.

Please note that these updates do require Financial Professionals to retake NAIC product training.

Key Highlights:
ForeAccumulation II fixed index annuity 
  • New Growth Accelerator Rider, for a charge, offering the opportunity for greater growth potential through higher, “Accelerated” rates, while still providing 0% minimum interest crediting protection1
  • New Optional Premium Enhancement Rider, based on the Premium Enhancement percentage, this Rider adds an interest credit enhancement to the contract value at the time of issue. (Available on 10-Year Withdrawal Charge Period Only)1

  • The Guaranteed Income Builder Benefit deferral bonus is increasing to 12% for 10 years or until benefit activation, whichever is earlier

  • New Income Enhancement Benefit providing 2x the Lifetime Annual Payment, for up to five years, at no additional cost, if client is unable to perform 2+ Activities of Daily Living2

 New Business:
All enhancements will be applied according to the application signed date. For electronic applications, the application signed date is the same as the application submit date.

  • For applications signed or submitted (paper or electronic) before 1/16/24, the old features will apply.
  • If an OLD paper application is signed prior to 1/16/24, but received after 1/16/24, the old features will be applied until 2/2/24. Funds must be received prior to 4/19/2024.
  • For an e-application started prior to 1/16/24, but submitted after 1/16/24, they will receive the new features
