Important Annual Compliance Announcement
As a reminder heading into the New Year, any marketing or advertising material, regardless of form or media, that makes reference to Assurity in any way, MUST be reviewed and approved by Assurity prior to use. This includes websites, mobile apps, printed and electronic materials, email/direct mail/phone solicitations, or any other material that meets the definition of “advertising” in the state in which it will be used. All requests for approval should be sent to adapproval@assurity.com. Use of any unapproved material is not permitted, and may result in termination of your agent contract.
We are also asking you to review any materials or media you created that uses the Assurity logo which changed in 2018 to be sure you are using the most updated logo. An approved Assurity brand logo and guidelines may be obtained by contacting adapproval@assurity.com unless it has already been provided to you. If you require certain size specifications or file types for the logo, please provide this information in your request. Our logo is available in red, white or black colors (corporate pantone matching applies and will be incorporated into the files we provide). If you created content in any form referencing Assurity that was previously approved, additional approval is not required if the only change is the logo swap.
