New Business Forms Update Effective 11/11/2023

We’re updating the forms listed below to include a new email address and help provide additional clarity. The updated forms (Ver. 11/23) will be available on Athene Connect beginning November 11, 2023, and should be used immediately.

• Corporation, Partnership or Limited Liability Company Verification & Resolution Form (19861)

Important processing dates

Applications with an outdated or missing form received after market close (3 p.m. CT) on December 11, 2023, will be considered “not in good order.” Be sure to use up-to-date materials when offering Athene annuities.
