Participation, bonus, GLIR, roll-up, MYGA rates — and annuity caps — are changing soon.

Effective 09/17/2023:

Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA)

  • RetireMax Secure 5 is Increasing from 5.05% to 5.25%

Effective 09/29/2023:

Single Premium indexed Annuities

  • Income Driver 7 & 10:
    • Bonus rate will increase  from 20% to 25% (Standard GLIR only)
    • Roll-up rate will increase from 8% to 10%
  • Income Driver & Zenith Income 7 & 10:
    • Guaranteed Lifetime Income Rider — attained-age payout for SPDAs will increase by 0.45%

SPDA caps and participation rates will increase, too. Keep an eye out for the new rate announcement in NL Edge.

Effective 10/08/2023:

Flexible Premium Indexed Annuities

  • GLIR attained-age payout for FIT Select Income will increase by 0.65%.

FIT Select Income and FIT Secure Growth cap and participation rates will increase, too. The new rates will be announced in NL Edge.
