Improved Customer Contract Packets Coming Soon!
We’re excited to announce that we’re enhancing our customer contract packets. The improved packets will be available in late August and will feature:
- A customized Athene welcome letter: This letter will include information and resources based on whether the contract is delivered to the producer or the customer.
- A reduction in loose paperwork: For easier navigation, the following papers will now be bound inside the contract:
- State required paperwork (e.g., free look and complaint notices)
- NAIC buyers guide (updated version)
- Contract, application, and suitability summaries (if applicable)
- Privacy Notice
Going forward, we’ll continue to re-evaluate our contracts and processes to ensure a smooth delivery experience for you and your clients.
