MyAthene Redesign and Client Guide

Did you know your clients can update their contract information, manage withdrawals, change beneficiaries, reallocate funds, download tax documents and more through the MyAthene portal?

Beginning July 24, we’re making it even easier for your clients to manage their Athene contracts with the following enhancements:

  • An updated dashboard for faster access to relevant information and self-service tools.
  • A new Self-Service tab to house all digital service options, including withdrawal requests, address changes, and fund reallocations.

New MyAthene client guide

To help engage new clients from the start, we’re making available a new MyAthene client guide explaining these self-service opportunities. By signing up, they’ll have easy online access to contract information they need, including convenient account management tools. 

What’s happening?

  • The new client guide will be delivered with all paper contracts during August to help new contract owners sign up for MyAthene at Athene.com/MyAthene-Register.
  • Existing contract owners who call customer service about self-serve related topics will receive an email from the Customer Contact Center explaining the benefits of MyAthene. The email will include an attached client guide and a registration link they can use to sign up.
  • For reference, you’ll also be able to print or download the new MyAthene client guide.
