Working Smarter, Not Harder

It’s officially summer! And while summer is often a time for taking it easy, I’d like to think we should take this time to work smarter, not harder. At OneAmerica®, we’re evaluating technologies that will help us improve our customer experiences and efficiencies. We’re empowering our associates with new tools, information and opportunities to better connect with you, our distribution partners. 

Another way we’re looking to work smarter, not harder, is with our communications. In an effort to provide a strategic approach to communicating with our distribution partners, we’ve decided to move our Care Solutions newsletter to a quarterly cadence. Instead of once a month, you’ll begin to see quarterly updates hit your inbox beginning in September. We are using this opportunity to refresh our approach and content – providing you with interesting, creative content that informs and inspires. 

Don’t worry – we’ll still send business critical and operational emails as needed.  And, your Regional Account Director and Regional Sales Director is just a phone call away.
