New Annuity Applications Coming 06/26/23
We have updated our Annuity applications, effective 6/26/2023. The new applications apply to the following products:
- Ultra-Income Single Premium Immediate Annuity
- Income Annuity Premium Return
- Income Access Single Premium Immediate Annuity
You will find that we have made many improvements to aid you, your producers, and your clients, when using the new applications, including:
- We’ve added an ‘Other’ to the ‘Payment Type’ section of the application
- This other field is useful for noting information such as:
IRA Rollover, IRA Transfer, Non-1035 Nonqualified Transfer, Brokerage Account, CD Redemption by Carrier, Check Payable to Carrier, etc.

With this new option now included in the above referenced annuity applications, you will want to begin using the new applications when submitting business.
