In addition, we have recently released the following enhancements to your online annuity experience:
- Firelight Annuity E-Application has been updated with a new feature that enables quick retrieval of your transfer carrier information with 1035 Yellow Page look up. Additionally, we have streamlined the application process with upload prompts for required documents, making it more efficient for you.
- ExpertApp Annuity Applications now verifies that your training has been completed before you submit your application. This enhancement will not only reduce processing time for case managers but also eliminates the need for redoing an application due to unmet training requirements.
- To further enhance your annuity new business and issue process, we have updated the communication that takes place during this process.
