New Personal Worksheets Now Available
Effective May 31, 2023, new personal worksheets will be available for all states except California, New York and North Dakota.
Updates include:
- Rate Increase History Grid
- Two new questions (#2 & #6)
- Rewording of questions and additional answer options
California, New York and North Dakota will be implemented at a later date.
Previous worksheets will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2023.
