Navigating Asset Care Expedited Underwriting Interview Delays

OneAmerica® strives to ensure you and your clients receive exceptional service and a timely application process. That’s why I am reaching out to you today to provide an important update on current time service issues with Asset Care new business interviews. 

Earlier this month, we identified an increase in the amount of time it is taking our vendor to schedule and complete telephone interviews in conjunction with Asset Care Expedited Underwriting application submissions. While these conversations have historically been scheduled and completed within a few days, our vendor is navigating an environment of increased demand and limited staffing causing delays at this time. We are working closely with our vendor to resolve the delays and return to more acceptable service levels.
