It’s a New Year and We’ve Got New Hours Effective 01/16/23

At LGA, we’re always looking for opportunities to improve. That is why we’re excited to share with you that we’re rolling out an updated schedule.

Our Case Management team will adjust their operation hours to 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST. This new schedule will provide more availability to our William Penn and Horizon business and gives us more time to assist you. The effective date for these changes is Monday, January 16, 2023.

Other hours will remain as follows:

• Banner Life Insurance Customer Service  7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT 
• Banner Retirement Services  7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
