eDelivery Security Updates

In a continuing effort to keep your/our client’s personal information safe and secure, the following security updates were implemented by our eDelivery vendor in August and September of this year.

Expiry Process

The link to access the policy packet through our automated eDelivery process will now expire if not accessed in 48 hours, or if multiple unsuccessful attempts are made to access the policy. When this expiry process happens, an alert will display on the screen (as shown below) and a new email will automatically and immediately be sent to either the client or the agent (whoever was trying to access the policy) that will contain a new, unexpired link.

Completed Emails

When both you and your client have successfully signed the policy packet through our automated eDelivery process, a new email will be sent that contains a link to access the policy packet and the completed delivery requirements.
