OneSource Online Password Updates

We continue to elevate our game and bring improvements to your OneSource Online (OSO) account! Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 20, you’ll start to see changes to your OSO account, designed to enhance your experience and help ensure continued security of data across our networks.

Beginning Sept. 20, you’ll notice:

  • Any bookmarked link to OSO Vintage or OSO Next will take you directly to oneamerica.com.
  • Once you log in, you’ll be asked to update your password and account information, including your mobile phone and email.
  • Once logged in, you’ll be taken to OSO Next. If you still need to access OSO Vintage, you can click on the link in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

On Thursday, Oct. 6, OSO will begin using multi-factor authentication, which provides an extra layer of security by verifying additional information when you log in. To prepare for our next OSO phase and ensure uninterrupted access to your account, please take a few minutes to update your password and account information before Thursday, Oct. 6.

On that date, if you haven’t already updated your password and account information, your password will be reset on your behalf, and you’ll be unable to access your online account until you reset your account password and complete the update of your information.

Please note, this password reset will affect your OSO account, as well as other online accounts you have with us.

Why are we making these changes?

These changes are part of our journey to provide you with an enhanced experience and security, which you’ll be hearing more about in the coming weeks and months. The benefit to you — in addition to enhanced security of your information — is that you’ll have one login site for all your OneAmerica online accounts.

We’re also setting the stage for future improvements to OSO Next, including additional capabilities. You can switch to OSO Vintage any time by clicking the link at the top left-hand corner. Thank you for joining us in our commitment to continued improvement to your experience and security.
