Updated COVID-19 UW Guidelines Effective 04/11/22

In response to the changing environment, our COVID-19 UW guidelines were revised to include: 

• The postponement period for individuals who managed a positive COVID-19 diagnosis at home is now 10 calendar days from full recovery (previously one month).
• The Good Health Statement and Insurability Supplement (GHS) validity period has been extended to 21 calendar days for issued cases in which Lincoln has received the signed GHS form, but await other outstanding administrative requirements (previously 10 days).
