Mutual of Omaha’s Mutual Income Solutions product offers multiple options to meet your clients’ needs.

Eligibility

  • Accident and Sickness
    • Age 18-61
    • Working 30+ hours per week
    • Annual income of at least $15,000
    • Self-employed individuals who have been in business for at least 2 years
    • Employees who have been with their current employer for at least 3 months
  • Accident only
    • Age 18-61
    • Working 30+ hours per week
    • Annual income of at least $15,000
    • Maximum Benefit based on Occupation Class
    • Self-employed individuals who have been in business for at least 2 years
    • Employees who have been with their current employer for at least 3 months

Underwriting Programs

  • Simplified up to $5,000 monthly – Accident Only
  • Simplified up to $6,000 monthly – Accident and Sickness
  • Fully Underwritten $6,001+ – Accident and Sickness
