New PDP e-App Available This Fall
Effective October 15, you will have access to the new 2022 PDP e-Application on Sales Professional Access (SPA). The new PDP e-Application was built in house, by Mutual of Omaha, with your best interests in mind. Because we are in control of managing and accessing the tool, you will be able to do what you do best – sell!
The new e-App makes it easier for you to manage PDP applications. The PDP dashboard allows you to easily see the customer’s current status from SOA to Enrollment. In addition, information auto populates into various fields and screens, along the enrollment process.
COMING SOON! A PDP e-Application Enrollment Quick Start Guide will be available on Forms and Materials, as well as SPA. This guide will walk you through the 2022 PDP e-App enrollment process from start to finish.
On October 14, be on the lookout for an instructional webinar video highlighting the PDP e-Application process from signing into SPA to completing a customer’s enrollment and everything in between.
PDP Paper Application Reminders
We have put together a few helpful reminders, to help you with getting your Mutual of Omaha Rx℠ Prescription Drug Plan coverage issued. The list below is some of the more important reminders when filling out a PDP paper application:
- Use dark pen (no red), black ink is best, when filling out an application
- Write legibly and clearly on the application
- Ensure all required information is completed, commonly missed sections are:
- Plan Choice
- Permanent Resident Address
- NPN (the NPN must be provided in the appropriate section on the application, not just the cover page)
- When faxing, keep the pages in order
