EstateShield 10 BAV Bonus and GuaranteeShield Series Rate Adjustments Effective 09/01/21

EstateShield 10 BAV Bonus rate adjustment

To celebrate the rollout of the EstateShield 10 we are providing an increased Benefits Account Value (BAV) Bonus of 25% on all first-year premium, giving added growth on income and benefit reserves. This introductory bonus rate sunsets on Aug. 31st, 2021. 

Effective Sept. 1, 2021, American Equity will be providing a BAV Bonus of 20% on all first-year premium.

For your clients to qualify for the current rates, applications along with cash or 1035 Direct Transfer paperwork must be received in our office by 4:45 pm CT Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021. Transfer funds must be received by close of business on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021. 

 
GuaranteeShield Series rates

We will be making changes to our rates on the GuaranteeShield fixed annuity product series. These changes are effective Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021.

For your client to qualify for the current rate, applications along with cash or 1035/Direct Transfer paperwork must be received in our office by 4:45 p.m. CST Monday, Aug. 30, 2021. Transfer funds must be received by 4:45 p.m. CST Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021.
