Drop Ticket Tips

These tips can help ensure a smooth process when using Drop Ticket:

  • Make sure the following information is correct before submitting:
    • All names.
    • All email addresses – there should be a unique email for each person signing.
    • Phone numbers and area codes – don’t use toll-free numbers or include a ‘1’ at the beginning of a phone number, and make sure area codes aren’t transposed.
    • Any existing insurance and replacement information.
  • Use a laptop or desktop for the best eSignature experience.

Ensure the customer is completing the Drop Ticket application online or by phone—we’re unable to input information from a paper application into a Drop Ticket. The customer may use the paper application as a reference while completing the interview.
