Important Operational Update (Annuity and Life Insurance Only)

For consumer protection, additional verification steps are now required by the National Account Clearing House Association (NACHA) for carriers to adopt, when an electronic signature is gathered to draft money via ACH from a bank account. Facilitating secure financial transactions is a priority for Securian Financial, therefore we will adhere to the new requirement. We expect this to have a small impact on the applicable Minnesota Life and Securian Life annuity and life insurance transactions.

Please note: We may request additional information from you or your clients, such as a bank note, voided check or a correction of bank account numbers, to complete the transaction in compliance with the NACHA requirements.
