A human resources executive with 25 years of experience in the field, Kim Thomas oversees multiple HR priorities including the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy for OneAmerica®.
Since joining the company in 2017, Thomas has spearheaded several enterprise initiatives, driving a complete organizational effectiveness model and implementing a comprehensive career and compensation framework. In 2020, OneAmerica recognized Thomas with an ASPIRE award for Excellence in Execution for her outstanding work on an organizational initiative with a significant and sustained impact on business objectives.
Known for her ability to empower, uplift and coach people to reach their potential, Wendy Dukes supervises and champions the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at OneAmerica®. In this role since early 2021, Dukes is committed to the continuous growth and evolution of the organization’s DE&I program and the strategy that guides it. She regularly evaluates tactics and success metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. She also leads the company’s business resource groups and organizes internal education events and workshops, drawing on her decade of experience in diversity training and her talent for connecting with people.
