Revised Important Notice Regarding Replacement (WY) – Effective 06/14/21
Effective Monday, June 14, 2021, The Wyoming Important Notice Regarding Replacement (COMB 89216 WY 2021) has been revised to better match our surrender charge structure and to align with our surrender charge strategy.
Revised WY Important Notice Regarding Replacement Form:
The Wyoming Important Notice Regarding Replacement (COMB 89216 WY 2021) has been revised as follows:
- Section “EXISTING INSURANCE WHICH MAY BE REPLACED OR CHANGED”:
- Surrender charge of policy being replaced: The percentage sign has been removed and replaced with a dollar sign.
- Years 1 – 10: The percentage has been removed and replaced with a dollar sign.
- Years 11 – 20: The percentage has been removed and replaced with a dollar sign.
- The form now carries a revision date of 2021.
Effective Monday, June 14, 2021, the revised Important Notice Regarding Replacement (COMB 89216 WY 2021) is required with New Business applications taken in Wyoming for external non-exempt replacements and having a Part 1 date of June 14, 2021. The previous form will continue to be accepted through July 4, 2021. Beginning July 5, 2021, the old form will no longer be accepted.
The forms will be available on the PruXpress website Monday, June 14, 2021.
