Policy Packet Enhancements

We are excited to share details about updates that have been made to the pages within the policy packet. The modifications described below have already been implemented. Please watch for more improvements that will be coming in the near future! 

Updates to eDelivery with DocuSign® policy packets only

• A watermark has been added to blank pages – this will help clients feel confident that the blank page is there intentionally and not a defect of a missed page
• Duplicate copies of delivery requirements have been removed
• Optional EFT form added for cases not set up on EFT mode of payment

Updates to all policy packets

• The ‘For agent use only’ comment on the policy summary has been removed
• The up-line agent information on the policy summary has been removed
• Enclosure statement at the bottom of the policy summary has been removed

Note – the policy summary page is getting a complete makeover soon. Watch for those enhancements in the near future!
