e-Application Assistance
As you continue to practice social distancing and protective measures, Mutual of Omaha offers an easy solution to write your business using electronic applications – e-App. E-Applications are available for Medicare supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and dental plans, on Sales Professional Access.
If you are new to our Medicare supplement e-App, watch this updated, instructional video and learn more. Then before you take your first application, play with it in our sandbox. The sandbox is a safe way to become familiar with how the e-App works. You can play with the rate quoter and application and signature options. Mutual of Omaha not only offers the convenience of electronic applications for our Medicare supplement products, as well as dental and Prescription Drug Plans e-Apps. All of our Medicare solution product e-Apps are easily accessible on Sales Professional Access (SPA) at www.mutualofomaha.com/broker under the Electronic Applications link. If you prefer to practice before you take your first dental or PDP application, we also offer a sandbox for these products. The dental and PDP sandboxes work the same way the Medicare supplement sandbox works.
Mutual of Omaha has also created customizable mailing materials, to send to your clients, encouraging them to use our e-Application process. One of these materials is a simple customizable postcard to include your contact information, current sample rates, as well as how to get started with the e-Application process. Remember – our electronic applications are ready anytime you and your client are ready. And when you cannot meet face-to-face with your client, you can still do business via e-App and a phone call.
